Unfortunately, we tend to see spikes in fraud during the holiday season. Please be aware of fraudulent telephone calls that might claim to be Elements Financial. If you receive a telephone call or a text message claiming to be Elements, do not provide your passwords, user IDs, debit or credit card numbers, or PINs. We do not proactively ask members for this information.
